Continuing its fight against terrorist groups in Syria, Turkey lost 3 of its soldiers in the attack of PKK/PYD terrorists on Saturday. The attack was carried out with a hand-made explosive placed in the culvert during the passage of vehicles in the Yagmuralan Border Post in the Akçakale district on the Syrian border. After the attack in which Lieutenant Murat Alyakut and infantrymen Enes Koç and Ertuğrul Ulupınar were martyred, their comrades took the terrorist positions under fire and neutralized many terrorists. On the other hand, the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF), targeting the terrorists in the surrounding villages of Tel Abyad and the terrorists in Tel Tamr, dealt a major blow to the organization by hitting strategic locations.
NO CROSS-BORDER OPERATIONS ON THE AGENDA
Despite the fact that Tel Abyad was cleared of terrorism, it was one of the first targets of the operation, which was talked about in the past months due to the presence of terrorists in the surrounding villages. Frequent terrorist infiltration attempts are taking place into Tel Abyad, where roads are built, electrified, and landscaped. According to the information, we have obtained from military sources, there are no plans to carry out a comprehensive cross-border operation due to both the economic crisis and the balance in the region.
USA ENTERS TEL TAMR
Tel Tamr is the most strategic of the terror zones where Turkey shoots and controls with UAVs/Drones. Tel Tamr, where there are many PKK terrorists, is one of the important points where terrorist infiltrations started in the region. Last week, power plants were targeted in Tel Tamr, which was heavily hit by Turkish UAVs/Drones. After heavy fire from Turkey, a large number of US soldiers entered Tel Tamr in the past few days. On the other hand, negotiations in the region continue. The USA continues to make the PKK/PYD, the terrorist organization it finances, negotiate with the Assad regime.
