Regulations have been made regarding the rights and powers to be exercised by Turkey Wealth Fund Inc. as a "racing institution" and the powers and responsibilities of the Jockey Club of Turkey as the contractor responsible for exercising the powers delegated by the license holder.

Duties and officers have been redefined in order to avoid disruptions in the work and transactions regarding joint bets.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will continue to carry out, monitor and supervise the activities subject to licensing in accordance with the relevant legislation.
