While the Buddhist persecution in Arakan, the painful land of Islam, continues with all its brutality, millions of Rohingya Muslims exiled from their lands are exposed to all kinds of security weakness, diseases and abuse in makeshift camps. The oppressed Rohingya were almost doomed to oblivion.
The grave human tragedy of the Rohingya Muslims, who were subjected to the most brutal attacks of the last century by the cruel Buddhist Myanmar regime, is on the verge of being forgotten. The Rohingya Muslims, ignored by the Western world and not even on the agenda of the leaders of the Islamic world, are trying to survive with the humanitarian aid organizations of several international organizations.
MYANMAR JUNTA MASSACRE MUSLIMS EVERY DAY
The Myanmar junta regime, which continues its attacks against the Rohingya Muslims without any humanitarian rules, is burning and destroying dozens of Muslim villages every day. Every day, an unknown number of Muslims are brutally murdered in these devastating attacks, while those who manage to survive are forced to flee their homeland where they were born, raised, lived and tried to make a living. Malaysia, Indonesia and Bangladesh are the leading countries where Rohingya Muslims migrate the most. While the oppressed Rohingyas, who managed to cross the ocean with their Takas, have partially more comfortable opportunities if they can reach their relatives in Malaysia and Indonesia, the Rohingyas who took refuge in Bangladesh are trying to hold on to life in the unhealthy conditions in makeshift camps.
IF THERE WERE NO HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS…
In the last 10 years, the defenseless Muslims, who had almost vomited blood by the Buddhist Myanmar army and paramilitary Buddhist terrorists, were able to save their lives thanks to Bangladesh's keeping the Myanmar border open. It is stated that the Bangladesh government has a very difficult time carrying the burden of Rohingya refugees, while almost 2 million refugees are sheltering in the refugee camps that Bangladesh has established in the border regions and Bhasan Char Island, which it has built in the middle of the ocean. While some nationalist groups in Bangladesh do not want Rohingya Muslims in their country, some human rights organizations continue to take care of refugees together with ummah organizations such as Jamaat-i Islami.
NO LIFE SAFETY IN REFUGEE CAMPS
Rohingya oppressed fleeing Myanmar are also exposed to deadly attacks in refugee camps in Bangladesh. Last week, two Rohingya Muslim leaders died in a knife attack in Balukhali refugee camp in Ukhia, Bangladesh. In the tragic incident recorded by the Bangladeshi police, 38-year-old Mohammed Anwar, who was leading the Rohingya refugees, and 35-year-old Mohammed Yunus, were killed in a knife attack by a group of gang members.
This grim attack has once again revealed how derelict and unprotected the Rohingya Muslims are.
THEY ARE NOT EVEN ON THE AGENDA OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD
The Arakan atrocity, which has been going on for many years and has reached the level of genocide, is unfortunately not even on the agenda of the Islamic world. Even Arakan is not on the agenda of the leaders of the Islamic world, who come together dozens of times during the year for different events and programs. While many options are on the table, such as economic boycott of the Myanmar junta, which oppresses Muslims, subjecting it to international sanctions, and even military response, the leaders who rule Islamic countries continue to ignore the Arakan issue and under the carpet.
MYANMAR ARMY ATTACKS CELEBRATIONS: 80 KILLS
It was claimed that 80 people lost their lives in the airstrike carried out by the Myanmar army during the anniversary celebrations of the Kachin ethnic minority, one of the ethnic armed groups. Music group members and a rescue worker who took part in the celebrations claimed that 80 people, including singers and musicians who participated in the anniversary celebrations of the Kachin Independence Organization, which is known as the main political organization of the ethnic minority in the northern state of Kachin, lost their lives in the airstrike carried out by the army. In a phone call to the Associated Press (AP), the spokesperson of the Kaçin Artists Association stated that military planes dropped 4 bombs on the area where the celebration was held, attended by 300 to 500 people, at around 20:00 local time, and said that a singer and keyboard player were among the dead.
