There is unlimited freedom for everyone and everything, but there is no freedom for the Muslim faith!

In the case of two hijabi Muslim women who were dismissed from their jobs for wearing headscarves in Germany at the European Court of Justice, a scandalous decision came out of the court. While Muslims living in Europe were once again victimized by the European legal system, according to the decision of the Court of Justice, it was deemed legitimate for the employer to prohibit its employees from wearing religious symbols.

A hypocritical decision came out of the European Court of Justice about the freedoms they were so proud of. Announcing its decision in the case brought by two Muslim women wearing headscarves, the Court of Justice deemed it legitimate for the employer to prohibit its employees from wearing religious or political symbols under certain conditions. This decision paved the way for employers in Europe to prohibit their employees from wearing or wearing symbols that reflect religious beliefs, such as the headscarf. In its decision, the European Court of Justice, Europe's highest court, also stated that courts in the union's 27 member states should consider whether such a ban was due to 'real need'.

In Europe, employers can prohibit their employees from wearing or wearing symbols that reflect religious or political views, such as headscarves. However, the European Court of Justice, Europe's highest court, also stated in its decision that courts in the union's 27 member states should consider whether such a ban stems from "a real need".

According to the decision, employers have to consider the rights and interests of their employees in this respect. These rights and interests also include laws on freedom of belief.

In the court decision, "It is possible to prohibit the wearing of anything visibly directed towards political, philosophical or religious beliefs in the workplace. However, this needs to be based on an impartial approach to customers and a justification for preventing social discrimination," it was stated.

The lawsuit in question was filed in Germany by two women wearing headscarves, one working in a private child care center and the other working as a sales assistant and cashier. However, the case was later moved to the European Court of Justice.

The two women, who did not wear headscarves when they started working, later changed their minds. However, after it was stated to the two women that this would not be allowed, they were both suspended from work at different times. The dismissed women were told to either remove their headscarves or look for another job so they could work again.

Unfortunately, the court made a decision against headscarved women, once again victimizing Muslims living in Europe.
