While murderer Israel continues its genocide in Gaza before the eyes of the whole world, the silence and inaction of the Islamic world is especially devastating.

The Republic of South Africa filed a lawsuit against Israel at the International Court of Justice in The Hague on the grounds that it "committed genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza".

Now, 620 lawyers in Chile have filed a criminal complaint with the International Criminal Court against Prime Minister Netanyahu for the crimes committed by Israel in the Palestinian territories.

The fact that no concrete steps have been taken yet from the Islamic world and that even trade with Israel has not been cut off caused revolt!

THERE IS EVIDENCE CONCERNING GENOCIDE AND WAR CRIMES

620 Chilean lawyers filed a criminal complaint against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the crimes committed by Israel in Palestinian territories, especially in Gaza.

Chilean lawyer and former ambassador Nelson Hadad stated that the petition, signed by 620 Chilean lawyers, contains evidence of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by Israeli officials against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and West Bank, including East Jerusalem. .

Hadad explained that they filed a criminal complaint against the members of the war cabinet, especially Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Galant.

WAR CRIME ACCORDING TO ICC JUDICIAL LAW

620 Chilean lawyers filed a criminal complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the crimes committed by Israel in Palestinian territories, especially in Gaza.

The petition for criminal complaint was delivered to the ICC by a delegation including Chilean lawyer and former ambassador Nelson Hadad, Chilean Senator Francisco Chahuan and Chilean academic Rodolfo Marcone-Lo Presti from Spain's University of Valencia.

Former Ambassador Hadad and academician Presti made statements about the scope of their complaint to the ICC, the evidence, the suspects and the course of the investigation.

Hadad stated that the criminal complaint petition, signed by 620 Chilean lawyers, contains evidence of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by Israeli authorities against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

Hadad explained that they filed a criminal complaint against members of the war cabinet, especially Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Galant.

"We launched this initiative against those responsible for genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes," Hadad said.

“GAZA IS A LARGE OPEN AIR PRISON”

Hadad stated that they collected a lot of images and evidence from open sources and the media.

"Among the evidence, there are also statements we received from our relatives living in Palestine and the relatives of those who lost their lives in Israeli bombardments," Hadad added.

Hadad stated that Israel's bombardments against civilians, demolishing Palestinian houses, confiscating their property, and Israeli settlers' acts of violence against Palestinians were also included in their petition, and that they also included the reports and findings of the UN and many international organizations in the petition.

Hadad emphasized that the burning of houses, the bombing of civilian areas and the loss of nearly 32 thousand civilian lives constitute war crimes according to the jurisprudence of the ICC, and that Israel acted with genocidal intent and committed the crimes of ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Palestinian people.

Hadad explained that he closely followed the situation in Gaza while he was serving as Chile's Ambassador to Jordan.

"Gaza is a huge open air prison. There are challenges such as poverty, hardship, and labor rights being subject to Israeli permission. These existed before October 7," Hadad stated.

"WE WANT THOSE RESPONSIBLE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE"

"We want those political and military responsible for these crimes to be held accountable. We demand accountability for these brutal crimes committed against civilians. There are not two armies fighting, one army aims to destroy those in Gaza and then annex Palestinian lands by placing settlers there, as in other places," Hadad said.

Recalling Israeli minister Galant's statements that they knowingly blocked access to electricity, water, food and medicine in Gaza, Hadad said, "This is a confession of the goal of partial or complete destruction of the Palestinian people through starvation."

Hadad stated that the largest Palestinian diaspora living outside the Palestinian territories is in Chile.

"600 thousand Chileans of Palestinian origin live here and we do not forget our origins. We are suffering because of this dramatic situation. For this reason, 620 lawyers came together and filed a criminal complaint. We are looking for justice," Hadad added.

Hadad noted that he has expectations from the ICC for the Palestine investigation.

"There is no room for impunity. Those responsible must be punished. An arrest warrant should be issued by Interpol for Netanyahu, Galant and other responsible persons and they should be brought to the ICC," Hadad said.
