FIRST VISIT AFTER MAVI MARMARA
After the Mavi Marmara massacre the relations strained, but now Turkey-Israel relations began to be repaired under the name of "normalization" again in the past few months. Turkey has declared its condemnation of settlement in occupied territories that approved in the Knesset. In a written statement from the Foreign Ministry, we strongly condemn the "Israeli Parliament accepts a law that approves the various settlements made up of a total of 4,000 houses built on private property of Palestinians."
CONDEMNATION FROM TURKEY
Turkey has declared its condemnation of settlement in occupied territories that approved in the Knesset. In a written statement from the Foreign Ministry, we strongly condemn the "Israeli Parliament accepts a law that approves the various settlements made up of a total of 4,000 houses built on private property of Palestinians." It was also noted that despite the United Nations Security Council resolution 2334, dated 23 December 2016, the illegal settlement initiatives in the occupied Palestinian territories destroyed the two-state settlement grounds in the continuation of the announcement, Israel's persistent policy is unacceptable.

After the attack on Mavi Marmara, a Minister went to Israel for the first time. Culture and Tourism Minister Nabi Avci flew to Tel Aviv for official contacts to be held on 7-8 February in order to normalize Turkish-Israeli relations. Avci was the first minister to visit Israel after the attack on the Mavi Marmara ship in 2010. Minister Avcı welcomed at Ben Gurion International Airport, by Turkey's Tel Aviv Ambassador Kemal Ökem and others. Culture and Tourism Minister Nabi Avci met with Israeli Tourism Minister Yariv Levin. Avci in the TLV Convention Center, Levin interview took about 30 minutes.
