It has been announced that the construction of the Oğuzhan Asiltürk Vocational Training Center, which was built by the Cansuyu Association in the Gaza region of Palestine, is nearing the end.

According to the statement made by the Cansuyu Association, the center named after the late Oğuzhan Asiltürk, former Chairman of the High Advisory Board (YIK) of the Saadet Party, aims to ensure that the people living in Gaza under Israeli occupation will be in working life as a qualified workforce. The building, which was built on the site of the old Vocational Education Center building, which was in ruins, was designed to have a closed area of one thousand square meters on each floor as 3 floors. In addition to blacksmith and carpentry workshops, there are various units such as the auto electrical, mechanical and installation workshop, social service specialist room, service rooms, prayer room, plumbing workshop, home electrical workshop, aluminum workshop and training classes, as well as technical drawing halls, computer class, multi-purpose hall.

Mustafa Köylü, Chairman of the Cansuyu Association, whose views are included in the statement, said that since the foundation of the association, it has been trying to heal the wounds of the Palestinian people. He pointed out that it was carrying out many projects. Noting that with the Oğuzhan Asiltürk Vocational Education Center project, they aim to provide a breather for the people of Gaza, who continue their lives under occupation and embargo, Köylü said, “With this project, we want to open a door for girls and boys who cannot complete their education in schools, to complete their education and have a qualified profession. We expect support from our benefactors for the project.”
