CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who visited Bitmez in the hospital, made a statement regarding Bitmez's condition.
"We pray together from yesterday to today. Our teachers provide information about the health status. I leave that part of the job to them. The fact that such a thing happened on the Parliament floor should be saddening and instructive for all of us. Of course, part of politics is negotiation, part of it is debate. But it is necessary to evaluate all kinds of health conditions. And it is obvious that there is nothing more important than health. Today, everyone in the Parliament is heartbroken and waiting for good news from our elder Hasan Bitmez. It is necessary to learn from these sorrows and troubles. We will follow the situation closely in the future. As I told his family, his precious wife, his precious father... They are in safe hands. Everything that can be done is being done. We also pray together," Özel said.

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairman Yaşar Yıldırım, who visited Bitmez in the hospital, stated that they will continue to pray.

Remzi Çayır, Chairman of the National Path Party, who visited Bitmez, stated that it was regrettable that such an incident occurred.
"I see the parliament as a space where everyone expresses themselves. There were some statements that emerged after the speech. These statements were wrong. Political parties in our country, both in the Parliament and abroad, should support each other," Çayır said.
“I REQUEST PRAY FROM OUR VALUABLE NATION”
"The treatment of our Deputy Chairman and Kocaeli Deputy Hasan Bitmez, who fell ill during the budget negotiations and was hospitalized, continues in intensive care. His condition remains serious. I would like to request our beloved nation and members of our organization, who have been supporting and giving strength with their prayers for 24 hours, not to neglect their prayers.
