CHP Group Deputy Chairman Özgür Özel announced the file he said was about Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu. Stating that the people in the file are affiliated with terrorist organization FETO, Özel said that the companies that are owned and partnered by Soylu's adviser Emin Şen were awarded with tenders in large sums. Özel claimed that Emin Şen used the official accounts of the Gendarmerie and the Police.
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Özgür Özel announced in the Parliament the file that he said was about Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu and that he gave three more people in case something "happened to him". Özel claimed that in the ministries where Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu served, tenders are given to Emin Şen’s companies in significant sums.

Özel said that Interior Minister Soylu has a troll army of 8,000 people named "Ebabiller", and that Emin Şen, who he declared as the minister's adviser, is at troll army’s head. Özel claimed that Emin Şen made the statement made by the General Directorate of Security (EGM) and the Gendarmerie General Command after the CHP General President Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu criticized the government about the drug trade.
MINISTRY OF INTERIOR DENIED
The Ministry of Interior announced that while Özgür Özel's press conference was going on, Emin Şen was not working as a ministerial adviser. Despite the aforementioned statement, the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that there was a "Emin Şen" page and that Şen was the minister's advisor. In addition, Özel said, “Emin Şen manages the social media accounts of both the Gendarmerie General Command and the Police Force. It is not known how many accounts Emin Şen has on his mobile phone, but have the authority to send tweets from the same phone for the General Directorate of Gendarmerie and the General Directorate of Security.”
