Pakistani mango makes its debut in Ankara

Pakistani mango, known worldwide for its taste, was introduced at the festival held in Ankara.

Pakistan's Ambassador to Ankara, Qazi, who hosted the program, noted that mango is an integral part of Pakistani culture.
 
Pakistan Embassy in Ankara held the "Mango Festival" with an event it organized at the embassy the previous day.
 
Representatives of diplomatic missions and NGOs from many countries attended the event, where mango varieties grown in Pakistan were served.
 

MANGO IS AN INTEGRATED PART OF PAKISTAN CULTURE

 
Speaking at the event, Pakistan's Ambassador to Ankara M.Syrus Sajjad Qazi stated that the mango, known as the "King of Fruits", is not just a fruit, it is an integral part of Pakistan's history and rich culture as it has been grown in Pakistan since ancient times.
 
The Ambassador noted that Pakistan is the world's sixth largest mango producer and fourth largest exporter of mangoes.
