The Palestine issue constitutes the main pillar of today's struggle between right and wrong. Zionists and the Evangelists they follow are doing their best to occupy all Palestinian lands.
While today's superstitious mentality strives to establish a system of corruption in Palestine as well as throughout the world, it is of great importance that we, conscientious people, know the Palestinian cause better.
The article series titled "Palestine, the Common Cause of Every Muslim" also serves the purpose of better understanding the Palestine issue.
At the end of the Abbasid period, the borders of the Islamic state reached from China in the east to the borders of France in the west.
As the Islamic state spread and expanded its territory, conflicts and divisions also increased. As a result, with the emergence of small states, intense attacks began on Islamic lands.
Crusaders in Europe in the Middle Ages sent many armies to Islamic lands that had lost their former power.
The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th Crusades can be given as examples of these armies sent to the town of Damascus.
CHRISTIANS ATTEMPTING TO OCCUPY PALESTINE
With the close of the eleventh century, Christians came to occupy Palestine.
During this period, there were many political, social and economic crises in Europe, such as lack of raw materials, population growth, differences between kings and knights and Popes and kings.
Under these conditions, attacks on the east appeared to be a solution for everyone.
CRUSADE TO THE LAND OF PALESTINE
The basis for the idea of attack on the east was created with the sermons given by Pope Urban II in 1095.
In his sermons, the Pope called on the people to save the tomb of the Holy Christ from the hands of Muslims and to cleanse Jerusalem from Muslims.
Thus, the first of the Crusader attacks, which would last for two centuries, was organized under the leadership of Monk Pierre. Since the cross was used as a symbol in these attacks, they were called "Crusades".
LATIN KINGDOM IN JERUSALEM
Monk Pierre occupied Ramle with an army of approximately 40 thousand people. The Crusaders, who destroyed Jaffa and besieged Jerusalem, entered Jerusalem after a while.
The Crusader army slaughtered the Muslims in Jerusalem and martyred 70 thousand people. While the Crusaders declared that they had established a Latin Kingdom in Jerusalem, the influence of the Crusaders extended to Ascalan, Bisan, Nablus and Akka.
PALESTINE DURING THE AYYUBID PERIOD
Sultan Saladin Ayyubi put an end to the Fatimid State in Egypt in 1171 and supported the Zengis in their fight against the Crusaders.
For this purpose, Saladin Ayyubi united the lands of Bilad-i Sham and Egypt and ultimately defeated the Crusaders in the Battle of Hattin in 1187.
After the victory in the Battle of Hattin, Jerusalem was reunited with Muslims. Entering Jerusalem, Saladin Ayyubi performed his prayer in the Dome of the Rock.
RAMLA AGREEMENT IS BEING MADE
Following the victory under the leadership of Saladin, the 3rd Crusade was organized under the command of King Richard of England, King Barbarossa of Germany and King Augustus of France.
As a result of this expedition, Aqqa and some Palestinian cities were occupied, and as a result of the negotiations, the Ramla Agreement was made.
PALESTINE DURING THE MAMLOUK PERIOD
Mamlouks entered Palestinian territory with the Battle of Ayn Jalut. While the war, commanded by Seyfeddin Kutuz and Zahir Baybars, took place in the northeast of Jenin, Muslims stopped the Mongols' advance towards the region and defeated them.
