The Palestinian National Council called on Britain to recognize a Palestinian state, the capital of Jerusalem, and to return the refugees as required by international legal decisions.
The Palestinian National Council, in a statement from its Amman office to mark the 101st anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, called on the British government to know a Palestinian state, the capital city of Jerusalem, to clear the sin of the ethnic cleansing and attacks of the Palestinians in the homeland, giving Jews the right to establish a state. In addition, the Palestinian National Council emphasized that Israel violated the decisions and human rights of the United Nations.
The Palestinian National Council, in his call, stressed that Palestinian generations would be driven out of their homes and not forgive the suffering they suffered in their refugee camps and their countries. The Council noted that the Palestinian people would not give up their right to decide their own future and to defend their lands, and that any project aimed at the deprivation of the rights of the Palestinian people would fail with the liberty, independence and decisiveness of the refugees for the return of the Palestinian people.

The letter contains the following statements:
"Honorable Lord Rothschild, I am pleased to send the following declaration, which welcomes the wishes of the Zionist Jews presented to the Council of Ministers on behalf of His Majesty's Government. It should be clearly understood that the civil and religious rights of the existing non-Jewish societies in Palestine and the rights and political status of the Jews living in other countries will not be harmed.
