Parliament to discuss new regulations including Earthquake bill

This week, there will be bills and new law proposals on the agenda of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The regulation known as the "Earthquake Law" aims to eliminate the blockage in urban transformation. Accordingly, instead of the two-thirds majority required for an urban transformation decision, a decision of 50+1 percent will be adopted.

This week, there will be bills and new law proposals on the agenda of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
 
At the General Assembly, resolutions extending the terms of duty of Turkish soldiers abroad, especially in Iraq and Syria, will be discussed.
 
The bill on urban transformation is expected to be presented to the Parliament this week.
 
At the General Assembly of the Parliament, bills extending the duty periods of Turkish soldiers across the border will be discussed.
 
The duration of the Iraq and Syria permit will be extended by 2 years, and the Lebanon permit will be extended by 1 year. Important legislative proposals are expected to be presented to the Parliament this week.

NOTIFICATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE MADE THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT

 
In the new regulation, 3 general directorates will be established under the umbrella of the "urban transformation directorate".
 
It is planned to allocate one of these only to Istanbul to prepare for a possible earthquake. A general directorate will also be established in the earthquake zone.
 
He will work overtime to meet the funding needs of the "Half is on Us" campaign. Another proposal expected to be presented to the Parliament will be the regulation regarding daily rental houses.
 
Accordingly, homeowners will be able to rent their homes daily for a certain period of time.
 
A license will be obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and those who do not comply with the rules may be fined up to 1 million lira.
 
This week, leaders will be at the podium in group meetings in the Parliament. Elections will be held for vacant RTÜK memberships at the General Assembly.
