Included 3 signed questions by Saadet Party Konya Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman that he wanted Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu to answer are asked in the parliamentary question.

“TO USE THE OLD AIRPORT BY THE PROTOCOL IS A GREAT SACRIFICE”

Karaduman, in his parliamentary question, said, "Atatürk Airport has been made passive with the opening of Istanbul Airport. While citizens are being directed to Istanbul Airport, some protocol flights continue at Atatürk Airport; The news that the Presidency, Ministries and business people continue to use Atatürk Airport for flights, took place in the national press. It is undoubtedly an example of great sacrifice that the old airport in the city is allocated for official flights and the world's largest and most spacious airport is available to citizens.”

“WHAT IS THE REASON FOR PRIVATE AIRPLANES TO USE THE OLD AIRPORT?”

In the parliamentary question given by Karaduman, he asked 3 questions to the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Adil Karaismailoğlu, "How many official flights took place at Atatürk Airport, which was closed to civil flights in 2021? Will Atatürk Airport be open only for protocol flights? Do you have any plans to open the airport to civil flights in the future? What is the reason why the Presidency, Ministries and those with private planes use an old airport in the city instead of the largest and most spacious airport in the world is standing?” he asked.
