The proposal regarding the Teaching Profession Law, which concerns thousands of educators, will come to the agenda of the General Assembly. With the new regulation, teaching will be among career-based occupational groups and will be classified into 4 groups. Duties and responsibilities will be clarified with candidate teaching, teaching, expert teaching and head teacher cadres. There will be a 1,000 Turkish Liras (TL) increase in the salaries of expert teachers who have 10 years of seniority and successfully pass the exam. 10-year specialist teachers will be able to receive the title of head teacher. Those who receive the title of specialist teacher or head teacher will be awarded a degree separately for each title. The education compensation paid to specialist teachers will be increased from 20 percent to 60 percent, and the education compensation paid to head teachers will be increased from 40 percent to 120 percent. Additional indicators of teachers working in the first degree staff will be increased to 3600. This article will enter into force on January 15, 2023.

The Public Economic Enterprise (KIT) Commission of the Parliament will continue its inspections. The accounts of the Turkey Export Credit Bank Incorporation Company on Tuesday, General Directorate of Coastal Safety and Turkey Maritime Organization will be examined on Wednesday in the commission. In the meantime, weekly group meetings of political parties will be held in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
