Saying, “Wrong system, sovereign state, overbearing government, polarizing politics, young people are running into difficulties and driving things uphill”, Bilgin noted that instead of being an engineer, doctor, lawyer or teacher in Turkey, young people dream of being a waiter or cashier in a fast-food chain in Western countries.
Ersan Bilgin, Deputy Chairman of the Felicity (Saadet) Party, made important evaluations on the agenda at the press conference he held. Starting his speech by reminding that they fulfilled their duty of warning as the Saadet Party, Bilgin added, “The problematic, crisis and chaos areas where Erdogan's government has dragged Turkey politically, financially and legally; It is neither the demand, the bad luck, nor the decision of our nation. The way the political power governs, the choice of the government model, the moves to cover the agenda and the truth, the enthusiasm to make supporters instead of understanding the society and the youth are the main reasons for the issues we are experiencing today. Unfortunately; Big mistakes have been persistently persisted in Turkey for a very long time. Invoicing exorbitant mistakes made to the nation are not abandoned and lessons are not learned. We live in a climate dominated by the perception that everything is fine on the power side, and unrest and hopelessness on the nation's side.”

"FUTURE CAPITAL OF THE NATION IS THE YOUTH"
Underlining that the most hopeless audience in this process, unfortunately, is the youth, Bilgin continued his speech as follows: “As the Saadet Party, our youth and youth are always on our agenda. Young people, to whom we are prepared to entrust the future, to whom we live the day, and to whom we strive to share their excitement about tomorrow; They can neither dream nor build a life. It should not be forgotten that the foundation and source of survival of the state is its justice. The security and future capital of the nation is its youth. Every young person means a tomorrow. The origin of the word young is Persian and its meaning is treasure. Those who close their eyes to the fact that youth is a treasure and allocate the country's treasury to rent, interest and supporters, will have no hope to give to the youth, the light they will receive from the youth, the value they will add to the youth. There is none.”
“OUR YOUTH'S LIVES ARE MADE DIFFICULT”
Saying, “The wrong system, the sovereign state, the authoritarian government, the polarizing politics are making the youth run into difficulties and make things go uphill,” Bilgin said, “Young people need to be united with the hope that will make the world beautiful, the confidence that will make life meaningful, the freedom that will make the individual human, and the virtuous and reasonable power that will make justice routine. While this is what should happen, on the contrary, our young people in our country; are made porters for troubles, problems, distresses, prohibitions and absences. The lives of our youth are made difficult, their labor is cheapened, on top of that, their importance is missed and their values are ignored.”
“IF YOU HAVE A LICENSE, COME BECOME A MOTORCYCLE-COURIER”
Saying that young people dream of being a waiter or cashier in a fast-food chain in Western countries instead of being an engineer, doctor, lawyer or teacher in Turkey, Bilgin added: “Youngs are incarcerated to the reality of ‘Come, be a moto-courier, if you have a license’ after speeches are made on the rostrums so that they have merit and qualifications and have a place above our heads. In the meantime, to our moto-courier friends, whose number exceeds 1 million; We thank them for their incomparable efforts that make our lives easier and enable the continuation of the economic supply chain. On this occasion, we remind once again that a regulation that protects the rights of moto-couriers, makes their labor valuable, and increases their bread, wages and security, should be implemented as soon as possible. It should be clearly stated that; There is no problem with our young people in terms of being able to be entrusted, being worthy of duty, representation and authority. The problem is not with the young people, but with those whose the authority is in trust delivery. One of Turkey's most terrifying problems is the unwillingness to be fair and the determination to be unjust, experienced in the delivery of trust, determination of competence, and measurement of merit.”

“THE CONCEPT OF ‘HOME YOUTH’ IS DERIVED”
Reminding that the concept of ‘home youth’ has emerged today, Bilgin pointed out that one out of every four young people in Turkey is neither in the education process nor in employment but is in home youth process. Stating that youth unemployment is over 21 percent, Bilgin noted that a country without production and employment was built during this ruling period. Noting that young people's opportunities to ‘own a house’ and ‘become married’ are decreasing day by day, Bilgin said, "Youth without a home, unmarried and jobless has unfortunately become a reality."
“WHAT ARE YOU WAITING MORE FOR?”
Stating that one of the biggest problems of young people today is the ‘unappointed teacher’, Bilgin added, “We are asking the government; What are you waiting for while the teacher is waiting for the student and the student is waiting for the teacher? The right to free education, including primary, secondary, high school and even university, is the most fundamental right of every student. Paid teaching practice is a great injustice to both the low-paid person and the teacher candidates who are waiting for assignment. Our country's youth wants to live in a just country where efforts are not wasted and where competence and merit are important. We reject all approaches that usurp man's rights and labor and condemn him to misery. Elimination of Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) grievances, termination of paid teaching practice, urgent appointment of teacher candidates waiting for appointment to their professions, and increasing the quality of the education system in all aspects are closely related to the future of our country. In our country, there is not the problem of ‘the teacher who cannot be appointed’, but the problem of ‘the power that cannot appoint’. And Saadet Party cadres, who are aware of this problem, will solve it as soon as possible and fairly.”
“IS YOUTH POSSIBLE TO BE HAPPY?”
Asking, “If there is a problem with the fairness of the state, is it possible for young people to be happy?” Bilgin ended his words as follows: “If the sharing is not fair, is it possible for young people to look to the future with confidence? Apart from living humanely, if there is no opportunity to demand and object to live humanely, is it possible for the youth to be peaceful? A knowledgeable, equipped, self-confident and action-oriented youth who prioritizes morality and spirituality, takes nature into account, knows his responsibilities towards himself, his environment and the world will be the light for the future of our country. As Saadet Party; To protect and support the youth in tomorrow as it was yesterday and today, to walk with the young people, to accompany the young people's walk, to build Turkey's future with the youth, we will continue to establish the good, the beautiful, the truth and the justice, and to eliminate the bad, the ugly, the wrong and the oppression.”
