Nation Alliance presidential candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu addressed the public at the Nation Gathering in Türkiye's Ağrı province.
Responding to Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu's comparison of the elections to a coup, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "One of them stood up and said that if they go to the ballot box and vote and the government changes, there will be a so-called coup. Either you do the coup."
“IF A CHILD IS HUNGRY, IT MEANS THERE IS INJUSTICE IN THAT COUNTRY”
"I know that there are serious problems in Ağrı, I know all of them. Why do we want a change? They have been in power for 22 years. For God's sake! If a city like Ağrı still doesn't have proper sewerage, and some neighborhoods still don't get water, we have a problem. Don't boo, go to the ballot box, use your vote. Nothing happens with the 'boo', only with the ballot box. One of them stood up and said that if they go to the ballot box and vote and the government changes, there will be a so-called coup. Either you do the coup. This country has suffered a lot from coups. There is no justice in the judiciary. There is no justice in courtrooms. If a child is hungry, it means there is injustice in that country. If a person cannot walk on the streets of a city with a smiling face, there is a problem in that country. If you are killing livestock in these fertile lands, if you are killing agriculture, if you are going to South America to develop livestock. What are you doing there? Come see the plains of Ağrı, my brother. They work not for the citizens, but for their supporters, for the gangs of five. They took their money abroad. My promise to the people of Ağrı, to Turkey, is that I will bring the 418 billion dollars they have smuggled down to the last kurus!" Kılıçdaroğlu said.
