Underlining that the primary aim of countries in working life is to create decent working and living conditions, the message said, “The main objective is to maintain the physical, mental and social well-being of all employees. The priority issues are to ensure that workers are protected from risks arising from working conditions, to prevent their health from deteriorating, to place them in jobs suitable for them, and to ensure the harmony of work with people and people with work.”
“WORK HEALTH AWARENESS SHOULD BE CREATED”
Emphasizing that only legal regulations will be insufficient to create a safe working environment, the statement added, “For this, it is of great importance to raise awareness of worker health and safety. We carry out our works in a holistic way, both with the training seminars we give and the meetings we hold to eliminate deficiencies in terms of worker health and creating a safer working life.”
