MACHINERY AND CHEMISTRY COMING TO THE AGENDA OF THE ASSEMBLY
In the General Assembly of the Assembly, this week, there will be overtime for the Machinery and Chemical Industry law proposal. According to the proposal, the institution will be transformed into a joint stock company. It is stated that the entire capital will belong to the Treasury. At this point, opposition parties argue that the Machinery and Chemical Industry will be privatized and then sold to foreigners with the said law proposal. In the bill, the personnel working here will be transferred to contracted status, subject to the Labor Law. The personal rights of those who want to move to other public institutions will be protected.
ELECTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR RTÜK MEMBERS
w After the enactment of this regulation, the 4th judicial package is expected to come to the agenda of the General Assembly. With the judicial package, the punishment for crimes against the divorced spouse will be aggravated. Concrete evidence will be required for arrests. Judicial control will be limited to 2 years and will be reviewed every 4 months. This week, the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) membership election will be held in the Parliament. An election will be held at the General Assembly for 2 members from the AK Party quota and 1 membership from the MHP quota.
