The trap lies in the acceptance that Famagusta Port and Ercan Airport are under the so-called Republic of Cyprus and can only be opened with the permission of the so-called Republic of Cyprus.
 
When Ercan Airport is opened to international flights under UN control, the so-called FIR line of the Republic of Cyprus will enter into force, all flights will be organized by the Control Tower at Larnaca Airport, and the entire airspace of the island will come under the control of the so-called Republic of Cyprus. The return of Maraş, which starts from the walls of Famagusta and extends to Larnaca and is located within the lands that were the foundation property of our ancestors, is out of the question. The decisions of the Famagusta Court in 2000 and 2005 confirm this.
