Malkoç stated that they had received 17 thousand 500 complaints in 2018, the sixth year of the institutions, and that they have found solutions to the problems of the administration of tens of thousands of citizens with their advice and friendly solution decisions. Malkoç stated that the Ombudsman institution (KDK) showed that it is one of the most important institutions of our country in terms of controlling the administration and seeking rights.

"In 2017, the rate of compliance with the KDK decisions was up to 70 percent, while the Chief Ombudsman Malkoç underlined that there was an increase in the rate of compliance with the decisions of the KDK. This reveals that we, as the KDK, serve as a bridge between the citizen and the state."

Deputy Minister Özer, firstly in 2019 all the high schools to be placed in the placement of classrooms and class capacities on-site reported that they update the current data. Özer noted the ministry's work in this area: "We identified the type and geographical location of each school and created a central geographic information system. This study was completed by the end of 2018. Now the registration zones will be created using this new database. The registration zones are updated to solve both the newly established geographic information system and the problems encountered last year. For this purpose, we examine each province separately with our friends in the field and our provincial managers. In this process, we examine the problems in each province and develop solutions."
