Karaduman brought the issue of disinfectant purchase to the Ministry of Commerce by the liquid disinfectant company allegedly owned by Trade Minister Ruhsan Pekcan to the agenda of the parliament. Karaduman, who gave a parliamentary question to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly with the request of Trade Minister Pekcan to answer, asked whether Pekcan would make a statement on this issue or not.

Saying that there are doubts about the disinfectant taken to the Ministry of Trade, Karaduman, "News about the purchase of liquid disinfectant for your ministry and affiliated institutions by Nanoksia Biotechnology and Karon Engineering companies were reflected in the national press. The fact that your spouse is a member of the board of directors of Nanoksia Biotechnology company and that Karon Engineering company belongs to you and your spouse makes this shopping questionable. It is stated that through the purchase of disinfectants, 9 million lira has been transferred from the budget of your ministry to your companies," he said.
Karaduman, who asked 6 questions to Minister of Trade Pekcan, "What kind of procedure has been implemented when purchasing disinfectants for your ministry? Has the tender procedure been followed? Was the tender for the purchase of disinfectants for your Ministry made open to the participation of all companies? Is it true that your companies that sell disinfectants to your Ministry issue an invoice of 1.5 million lira, but the actual amount paid is 9 million lira? Disinfectant has been sold to your ministry and affiliated institutions in the last year? Will you have an announcement to the public after this dubious exchange occurs? Are you considering resigning from your ministerial post, or in other words asking for your forgiveness from duty?" he asked.
