In the 7th Term Collective Agreement, which is followed by millions of public employees, an agreement cannot be reached on the proportional increase rate, and the increase will be determined by the Arbitration Committee.
In the collective bargaining negotiations, an agreement was reached with the authorized unions regarding a total of 341 rights, including 291 service branches and 50 general rights.
The 7th Term Public Collective Agreement negotiations, which concern civil servants and retired civil servants, started on 1 August, and the process ended on 22 August.
While no agreement can be reached regarding the increase in the negotiations, the process will be concluded depending on the decision of the Arbitration Committee, which cannot be appealed. Except for the raise, an agreement was reached on other demands.
The negotiation process, which started on 1 August in the Public Collective Agreement negotiations, came to an end.
After the negotiations, no agreement could be reached on the demands for the proportional raise rate of public employees, but an agreement was reached between the Public Employers Committee and the authorized unions in 11 service branches, depending on the authorized unions.
THE DELEGATION WILL MAKE THE DECISION UNTIL 31 AUGUST
The eyes on the salary hike, which concerns millions of civil servants and retired civil servants, will now be on the decision of the Public Servants Arbitration Board.
The Public Servants Arbitration Committee, which consists of 11 people, will make its final decision on the collective agreement by 31 August.
The decision of the arbitral tribunal cannot be appealed in any way and cannot be brought to the judiciary. Thus, the amount of increase determined by the committee is applied as it is.
