Twenty-one people were killed in the air strikes thought to be from Russian jets in Deir ez-Zor province of Syria on Sunday, according to reports.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) announced on its website that 21 people, including two children, were killed in the air strikes in the al-Bulil village.
Syrian activists stated that some of the bodies were burned beyond recognition.
