Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu stated that the Saadet Party Group will bring the attacks of the occupying Israel to the agenda of the Parliament.
"Hopefully, Huda-Par will support us in this regard. They will also support the rally we will hold in Istanbul at the weekend in order to bring this issue to the public," Karamollaoğlu said.
Hüda-Par Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu visited Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu as part of the leaders' tour with the Palestine agenda.
After the meeting, which lasted nearly an hour, the leaders reacted harshly to the attacks of the occupying Israel.
“WE STAND BY OUR PALESTINE BROTHERS”
Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu noted that the Saadet Party Parliamentary Group requested a general meeting in the Parliament to discuss the attacks of the occupying Israel.
"We evaluated the latest developments. Today, we, as Saadet Party Group, will have a proposal in the Parliament. Hüda-Par also stated that they would support us in this regard. In addition, some rallies have been organized to date to bring this issue to the public. We will have a rally in Istanbul at the weekend. Hüda-Par also made such a request. I hope to give a message to society by combining these rallies," Karamollaoğlu added.
“WE WILL HOLD THE ISTANBUL RALLY TOGETHER”
Stating that they held talks regarding the process that started on October 7 in the occupied Palestinian territories, Huda-Par Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu underlined that the Palestinians are in a difficult situation due to the attacks.
Yapıcıoğlu continued his words as follows:
"Our brothers living in those lands have experienced all kinds of difficulties and massacres since the British occupation in 1917. The attacks of the occupying Zionists have increased significantly in the last 4 days. They are dropping bombs on the people there, without considering any borders, including women, children and the elderly. The Western world, as a bloc, openly expresses their full support for the Zionist invaders, despite all their oppression. Today, we visited Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu to consult and negotiate what we can do for our Palestinian brothers. Saadet Party Group will request a general meeting in the Parliament and we were planning to organize some rallies over the weekend. They also made their own applications. We agreed to combine these rallies instead of holding two different rallies in the same city on the same day. This is not just an issue for one party or two parties. The Jerusalem case and the Masjid al-Aqsa case are cases that concern the entire Islamic Ummah. Masjid al-Aqsa is the first qibla for all of us. The oppressed people there are also our brothers."
Stating that they will organize a rally together in order to provide more benefit to Palestine and boost morale, Yapıcıoğlu noted that from now on, they will continue to give their best support and contribution to the activities to be done for Palestine.
