Felicity (Saadet) Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu made evaluations about the prominent topics of the country and world agenda at the weekly regular press conference.
Karamollaoğlu, celebrating the new judicial year, "The opening ceremony will be held in the newly built magnificent building of the Supreme Court, which is now called the palace in our country where justice takes place. Of course, the working environment of the judges should be good. But justice is not served by the beauty of the building. The magnificence will not only be in the building, but also in the speeches given at the opening ceremony. But words are not enough. This country needs justice. Everyone should believe that when they are in trouble, justice will be served. I hope this year's judicial year will pave the way for that," he said.
“ISLAMIC COUNTRIES SHOULD PLAY AN EFFECTIVE ROLE IN AFGHANISTAN!”
Karamollaoğlu made a call to Islamic countries regarding the ongoing instability in Afghanistan.
"Currently, Russia and China are trying to be active in the country using the medium. In this environment, especially Turkey, Iran and Pakistan have great responsibilities," Karamollaoglu said.
“WE APPRECIATE THE STEPS TAKEN IN THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY”
"Baykar Akıncı Attack Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, produced with national resources, is in the skies. Congratulations to the Bayraktar family. They became the pride of our country. Another pleasing development came from the studies on domestic jet engines in Eskişehir. We have always appreciated this type of work in the past," he added.
“GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE STEPS ON MILK PRICES”
Karamollaoğlu also mentioned the problems in agriculture, "Milk producers cannot receive the necessary support from the state regarding milk production. While milk prices have increased many times over, the producer cannot increase the prices as they wish. As a result, slaughter of dairy animals takes place. The government should take action against this grievance," he called.
“OUR EXTERNAL DEBT INCREASED 600 PERCENT”
Karamollaoğlu continued his words by stating that they were faced with a painful picture in the economy.
"In 2003, the gross external debt of the state was 283 billion liras. After 2017, this starts to increase gradually. In 2021, this figure exceeded 2 trillion liras. Debt increased by 600%," he added.
