Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu first met with the headmen in İzmir, where he came to attend a series of events.
Addressing the mukhtars of İzmir at the breakfast held by the İzmir Provincial Presidency of his party, Karamollaoğlu said that the country was going through a bottleneck and President Erdoğan could not be effective in solving the problems.
Sabri Tekir and Şerafettin Kılıç, Vice-Presidents of Saadet Party, Mustafa Erduran, İzmir Provincial President and many İzmir headmen present at the meeting.
After his speech, Temel Karamollaoğlu answered the questions of the headmen and took souvenir photos with the headmen at the end of the program.
“THE PRESIDENT SHOULD HAVE A STRONG ASSEMBLY TO CONTROL HIM”
Noting that the government does not have the ability to face the country's problems and make an accurate diagnosis, Saadet Leader Karamollaoğlu said, "When democracy is mentioned, consultation is the basic system in order to make the right decision. There should be a parliament in front of the President with the power to control him, and the will of a person should not be superior to the will of the parliament. It is often asked today. Can you solve these problems if you come? The main thing is that we discuss and discuss the issue in order to understand where a problem originates from, and then produce a solution. The President says today that nobody has a problem, there is no problem. He has such an opinion. It cannot be solved then. If he goes a little beyond the boundaries he has drawn, he will see the truth, but this time he is uncomfortable. However, when he came to power, he was on the side of the victims and evaluated the issues from their point of view. Now the perspective has changed."
“THE GOVERNMENT LOST CONTROL OF THE ECONOMY”
Saying that the economy is our vital point, Temel Karamollaoğlu, "There was turmoil, first after the pandemic, and then after the Ukraine-Russia crisis. But there is a difference between the economic problems that occur all over the world and ours. The President says that there is inflation in the countries of the world. TRUE. What percent? 6-7. How many do we have? At least 10 times. 70 percent. We don't have anything like the others. The most important problem is that the value of our money against foreign currencies is constantly disappearing. The administration cannot see how the economy deteriorated and for what reasons it could not be resolved. They are offended by those who speak the truth, they do not like it. I often voice three main concerns. First; In Turkey, the economy will not improve until corruption stops. Because corruption in our country has reached huge numbers. Latter; waste. We throw money in the street. We bury it in concrete, asphalt. We cannot spend on things that will stimulate the economy. Third, bribery. While these exist, what will you invest with, how will you develop? National income will not increase without investment in production. Exports do not develop. Imports cannot be avoided. When investments are made in production, the country revives and national income increases," he added.
“IF THE PROBLEM OF JUSTICE IS SOLVED, OTHERS ISSUES WILL FOLLOW IT”
Emphasizing that Turkey's biggest problem is that the justice mechanism does not work properly, Karamollaoğlu said, "If justice does not work perfectly in a country, it is not possible for that country to go forward. The justice mechanism is frequently interfered with. The will of the judge who made the decision is not respected. When the judges make a decision that will not satisfy the government, they are exiled, they cannot keep their place, they do not have the guarantee of keeping their place. There is no peace without justice. Confidence lies in believing in the manifestation of justice. When our people go to court when they are in trouble, they are hesitant about whether a fair decision will be taken. We believe that if the issue of justice is resolved, others will follow. The solution to this is an understanding and mindset. If the administration intervenes in the justice mechanism, that system will not produce justice. The government must stay out of the judiciary."
HOW DOES THE ECONOMY GET BETTER?
Economy is our vital point. I often voice three main concerns:
FIRST;
In Turkey, the economy will not improve until corruption stops. Because corruption in our country has reached huge numbers.
SECOND;
Waste. We throw money in the street. We bury it in concrete, asphalt. We cannot spend on things that will stimulate the economy.
THIRD;
Bribe. While these exist, what will you invest with, how will you develop? National income will not increase without investment in production. When investments are made in production, the country revives and national income increases.
