ABIDE JUNCTION STILL FULL OF WATER
Under the chairmanship of Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Cafer Güneş, General Administrative Board Member (GİK) Süleyman Tekbaş, Fethi Öztürk, Fesih Bozan and High Disciplinary Board Member Mehmet Karalar and Gaziantep Provincial President Mehmet Islam were sent to Şanlıurfa.
Cafer Güneş, the head of the delegation, who visited many places, especially the Abide Junction, which is stated to have been made recently and caused controversy, said, "We continue to conduct investigations throughout the province. We had the opportunity to see many places. Here, our priority is the victims affected by the disaster, we have seen that many people have been affected by the disaster. Especially the new junction in the center was built like a pool and is still full at the moment. Crews continue their search and rescue efforts here."
LESSONS MUST BE LEARNED FROM THESE DISASTERS
Noting that they will meet with the governor of Şanlıurfa and the ministers in the province, Güneş said, "Deficiencies and mistakes brought us here. Lessons should be learned from these sad events, at least for the future. Whatever science and science require, what needs to be done in this direction must be done immediately."
