Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu called Kumluca Mayor Mustafa Köseoğlu after the flood disaster in Antalya and conveyed his wishes on behalf of the citizens and farmers who suffered from the disaster. Saadet Party delegation, chaired by Vice Chairman Cafer Güneş, visited the flood areas and received information from the authorities.
Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu talked to Kumluca Mayor Mustafa Köseoğlu on the phone after the flood disaster in Antalya and conveyed his get well wishes. In addition, Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Cafer Güneş, together with his delegation, visited the citizens and farmers who were damaged by the flood and conveyed their wishes for recovery. After examining the damaged greenhouses, Güneş went to the Disaster and Emergency Mangement Presidency (AFAD) Coordination Center and received information from the authorities.
THE DAMAGE NEEDS TO BE COMPENSATED
Talking to Köseoğlu on the phone, President Karamollaoğlu, who stated that they are deeply saddened by the flood event, said, “I convey my get well wishes to you and all our people. Send it to our people of Kumluca through you. May Almighty God never give you such sorrow again. Unfortunately, these disasters, sudden heavy rains have increased recently. Unfortunately, earthquakes occur in some places. We got into a mess. Almighty God help us. Please convey my greetings, love and respect to all our brothers there on my behalf. It's divine. If we have information about these issues before coming, we will take the necessary precautions. But even after the disaster comes, we have to make a great effort as both the state and the municipalities in order to heal the wounds and to compensate for the losses of those who have suffered a great deal. Almighty God help you. Of course, you play a big role here. As mayor; because you are the closest authority they have chosen. You make these contacts. May Almighty God help you and our farmers. “WE COMPENSATE EVERYTHING”
Kumluca Mayor Mustafa Köseoğlu stated that he accepted Karamollaoğlu’s wishes on behalf of all Kumluca people and said, “Kumluca is one of the most important places in greenhouse cultivation in Antalya. Here, we toured with our vice president, provincial and district presidents, managers, and evaluated the situation. Our Kumluca has faced a disaster that has never been experienced before. In this regard, we coordinate our work with the institutions and organizations of our state and with the support of our metropolitan municipality. Thank Almighty God we had no casualties. We saw this danger hours before and warned our people with the announcement system. But as a result, huge financial losses were incurred. As long as life is healthy, we will fight all of them and put them in their place.”
