“THE PERPETRATORS OF JULY 15 SHOULD BE PUNISHED”
Talking about the 5th anniversary of the July 15 treacherous coup attempt, Tekir said, "Anyone who attempted a coup, took part in the junta movement, or shot a bullet at their nation should be held to account and punished in the most severe way. However, age should never hurt next to the dry, and the innocent should never hurt next to the criminal. A lot of people have been hurt in this 5 year period; these must be remedied as soon as possible; The wounds of the process after July 15 should be healed quickly. In addition, July 15 is the resistance of a nation as a whole. Efforts and rhetoric aimed at presenting it as the success of a single party must also be abandoned."
“LESSONS SHOULD BE LEARNED FROM JULY 15”
Emphasizing that Turkish politics should learn from July 15, Tekir said, "On July 15, we experienced how heavy the price is of moving away from justice, of 'you either take a side with us or pay the price' mentality, and to disrupt all the state's regulations for daily interests. While all this experience is evident, it should not be forgotten that the continuation of the mistakes made before July 15 in the period after July 15 will cause our nation and country to pay a much heavier price in the future."
