Addressing the participants at the meeting where the agenda works were evaluated and presented as a report, Mustafa Türel said, “As the Saadet Party, we will continue to maintain our active and constructive opposition for Gebze. As part of this event, our party will be talked about a lot in the next process in Gebze."

Saadet Party Gebze District Presidency held its monthly council meeting in an enthusiastic atmosphere. The council meeting, which was held under the leadership of Saadet Party Gebze District President Mustafa Turel, was met with great interest by local press members. Saadet Party Kocaeli Provincial Executive Board Member Zekai Özçelik and Saadet Party Kocaeli Organization members participated in the meeting where the local problems of Gebze were discussed and the agenda was presented as a report. Addressing the members of the organization at the council meeting, Mustafa Turel reminded of the projects that were undertaken but never fulfilled to the people of Gebze.

“UNFULFILLED PROMISES NEVER END WITH COUNTING”

Saadet Party Gebze District President Mustafa Turel stated that the promises that were not fulfilled in Gebze do not end with counting, and said, “Gebze Mayor, Mr. Büyükgöz, met with the press two weeks ago and made some criticisms about us. He claimed to have fulfilled 90 percent of his election promises. We are astounded, even though we have proven that it has not fulfilled these promises. We ask him. Where are the smart stations from the promises he claims to deliver? Where is the title deed problem of Yavuz Selim and Hürriyet Neighborhoods? Where is the common sense? What happened to the Sultan's meadow project, safe parks and soup kitchen project? Where is your talent development project with social reinforcement areas? Where is the natural market that supports rural development? Where is the white hearts project and logistics village? Where is your contribution to urban and urban identity? And finally, where is the Gebze National Garden? The unfulfilled promises do not end with counting.”

“HOLDING TO THE PAST DOESN'T BENEFIT FOR GEBZE AND THE PEOPLE OF GEBZE”

Emphasizing the need not to be stuck with the past, “The Justice and Development Party (AKP) municipality is the one that has a say in the local government in the fourth term. Who are you complaining to? For the manager, being stuck in the past does not benefit neither Gebze nor the people of Gebze. As the Saadet Party, we will continue to maintain our active and constructive opposition for Gebze. Within the scope of this event, our party will continue to be talked about a lot in Gebze in the next period. Our compatriots from Gebze, who yearn for a livable city, will smile at the victory of our Saadet Party and the people who as if they are keeping the promises they have not kept, will be sent. All these steps will be put into the service of our Gebze under the leadership of our Saadet Party. And we believe that with the victory of our Saadet Party, our city will attain material and spiritual peace. Keep watching us," Turel added.
