Saadet Party Izmir Provincial Directorate held a sit-in protest in Izmir Konak Square in order to react to the genocide carried out by the occupation regime in Gaza.
"We are in the squares until the Zionist massacre in Gaza ends!" Saadet Party Izmir Provincial Chairman Mustafa Erduran also participated in the action initiated with the slogan.
Citizens carrying Palestinian flags and banners with messages of support for Palestine condemned Israel's attacks and massacres on Gaza.
Apart from the people of Izmir, tourists from different countries also showed great interest in the action that supported the Palestinian resistance.
GREAT INTEREST IN THE GAZA PROTEST IN KONAK SQUARE
Citizens who participated in the sit-in protest to show their support for Palestine held banners saying "You cannot remain neutral where there is oppression", "Israel understands power", "Don't remain silent about genocide", "Israel is the baby killer", "Kürecik and Incirlik bases that protect Israel should be closed".
In the action organized by the Saadet Party Izmir organization to keep the oppression on the agenda and not to remain silent, melodies were played for Palestine.
Apart from citizens, tourists from different countries also showed interest and supported the sit-in protest organized by Milli Görüş members in Izmir, who have been reacting to Israeli brutality with different actions for months.
