The 8th Ordinary District Congress of Saadet Party Güngören District Presidency held at Gençosman Cultural Center.
Saadet Party Provincial Chairman Ömer Faruk Yazıcı also attended the congress where Ali Düğdü was elected as the District Chairman.
In his speech at the congress, Yazıcı criticized the government regarding the economic situation in the country.
"When it comes to savings, simply telling citizens is not enough. First of all, there should be savings at state levels. You cannot change this plundering order that you have built for 21 years unless you pluck the feathers of those who are corrupt", Yazıcı said.
“ISTANBUL HAS BECOME AN UNLIVABLE CITY”
Noting that Istanbul is becoming unlivable day by day, Yazıcı stated that the main reason for this situation is the economy.
Yazıcı stated that no mayor in Istanbul could produce the necessary service.
"Our Istanbul is becoming unlivable every day. The reason for this is economy. Citizens are hopeless that the economy will improve. Living conditions are getting worse day by day. We do not like managers who resort to excuses. In our opinion, no mayor of Istanbul could produce the necessary service. As we head towards local elections, we should show our organizations more on the field. We will nominate 40 candidates in Istanbul. We will win the mayoral elections. We will bring together the legendary Milli Görüş management with our people", Yazıcı added.
FIRST TARGET LOCAL ELECTIONS
Ali Düğdü, who was elected as the Saadet Party Güngören District Chairman, also stated in his speech at the congress that they are aiming for great success in the upcoming local elections.
Düğdü also stated that, as Saadet Party Güngören District Organization, they will work hard in the field before the elections.
