Saadet Party Hatay Deputy Assoc. Dr. Necmettin Çalışkan made a written statement about the work anxiety and problems experienced by the employees of the State Economic Enterprises (KİT).
Drawing attention to the promises made to the workers working in SEEs and municipalities before the elections, Çalışkan called on the government to fulfill the promises.
“NO ONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE THIS FEAR”
Stating that unemployment is a serious problem in SEEs and municipalities, Çalışkan said, "In this respect, even if all employees in the public sector do not receive the same salary, they should be on the same level in terms of job security. The unemployment problem of municipal workers, who were promised during the election period but left before the election, stands before us as a serious problem. If the mayor is going to lose the election, if someone else replaces him or if this mayor leaves and a mayor from another political party comes, the job security of the employees there is lost. In this respect, all municipal employees and even all professional organizations should be given job guarantees like civil servants subject to 657. Maybe personal rights salaries may vary according to the job situation, but anyone entering a public place should not have such a problem in this respect. No one should experience this fear."
“SEE EMPLOYEES HAVE BUSINESS CONCERNS”
Stating that there are huge problems in our country, Caliskan said, "Members of the government also express these problems from time to time, but the task of the government is not to identify these problems, but to find solutions to them. The duty of the opposition can only be to show the way here. For example, it is a known fact that public engineers have a very important function, but their salaries are very low. Again, State Economic Enterprise employees; People working in many institutions such as TİGEM, State Railways, banks, Türk Telekom, Dairy Industry institutions, Meat and Dairy Institution experience job anxiety at any time due to a change in political will or a change of manager."
