Stating that the civil servants could not get the share they deserved from the budget in the government's proposal for a raise at the end of the collective bargaining negotiations, Doğan stated that the Arbitration Committee took a side with the government.

"CIVIL SERVANTS AND RETIREES CONDEMNED TO INFLATION"

In the collective bargaining negotiations, which are closely related to millions of civil servants and retired civil servants, the proposal for a raise was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

Accordingly, while it became certain that civil servants' salaries would increase by 36% for two years, Saadet Party Ankara Deputy Mesut Doğan criticized the proposal with harsh words, stating that the said increase crushed the civil servants.

Stating that the Arbitration Board approved the government's proposal, saying "whatever the government says", Doğan said, "With the statement of the authorized confederation, it certifies and confirms that justice in income is a dream, human development is utopia, and a just state is improbable. Erdogan and his government, with their proposal for an increase in the salaries and wages of public officials in 2024 and 2025; He admits that he will insist on not doing what is necessary in the nass in terms of repaying the effort and hard work, as in the case of interest. To update the salaries and wages of public servants and retirees as 25% in 2024 and 11% in 2025 is to feed their salaries and wages to inflation. As in 2023 and previous years, public servants and retirees will be condemned to the inflation gap and deprived of the income that will enable them to live humanely."

Doğan continued his words as follows:

"Erdogan and his governments continue to take from the citizens and transfer them to the supporters, to take from the poor to the rich, to spare them from labor and reflect them to the capital. We knew that the understanding of politics and leadership, which seeks reputation in goods and imposes the view that reputation cannot be saved, would not be willing to fully pay the right of labor, but we did not think that it would be so unfair. With the results of the 7th Term Collective Agreement process; Erdogan and his governments, who see stocks as more valuable than their sweat, consider labor and the wages paid to labor as costs, do not transfer the share they deserve from the budget to public officials, who supposedly grow the economy, but actually reduce salaries and wages; It is like a summary of the damage it causes to the country, nation, state, justice, labor and labor. Let everyone be sure, this system established by this government, whose capital is selfishness and whose fruits are injustice, and where labor cannot get its due and cannot reach the welfare it deserves, will come to an end. Happiness will come, fair sharing and what is needed for a humane life will be provided."
