Saadet Party Hatay Deputy Necmettin Çalışkan pointed out the problems in Hatay and the affected provinces after the earthquake on February 6.
Çalışkan warned that citizens in Hatay had left the city and pointed out that urgent measures should be taken.

Çalışkan, in his statement, "When Hatay and the earthquake come together, a deep pain is still felt in the hearts. Although almost 9 months have passed since the February 6 earthquake, the problems, far from decreasing, continue to grow exponentially. The three bodies found under the rubble last week reveal the bitter truth. It is impossible to understand the pain these people and their families are experiencing. The thought that there may still be bodies under the rubble is heartbreaking. Irresponsibility, unconscionability and negligence; The greatest injustice done to Hatay," he said.

Çalışkan pointed out that Hatay continued to experience problems after the earthquake; He underlined that Hatay continues to experience serious problems in transportation, health, shelter, security and basic needs despite 9 months since the earthquake.
"Samandağ and Narlıca-Altınözü roads are still not completed. Moreover, Belen Pass, one of the important passes of Turkey, is neglected. I call on AK Party executives to show their faces to the public and take sincere action before the election," Çalışkan added.
“A DECREE MUST BE ISSUED SPECIFICALLY IN HATAY”
Saadet Party Deputy Necmettin Çalışkan pointed out that Hatay needs protection.
"Some friends state that there is no possibility of special status in the law. This parliament, this country, has witnessed rabbits being pulled out of hats many times. Today, if desired, a decree can be issued to alleviate the grievances of the people of Hatay in this country that has witnessed many unlawful decrees. Thus the problems are solved," Çalışkan said.

Çalışkan also warned that citizens in Hatay had left the city.
"It is unknown what to do. It is said that we will demolish it on one side and repair it on the other. Likewise, shoemakers and furniture makers are victims. Industrial site tradesmen are victims. Dear MPs; Hatay is a city affiliated with the state and nation. As our esteemed president has seen firsthand, Hatay is experiencing great suffering. Today, Hatay should be considered a national security problem. Hatay is cumming, friends! While you say 82 Afrin, 83 Kirkuk, 31 plates of Hatay are lost! Hatay is cumming! People from Hatay move to other provinces because they see no future and there is uncertainty.
