Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Mustafa İriş made statements about the world and country agenda at the press conference held by his party in Edirne Provincial Presidency.
Making important statements on many issues from economy to education, İriş also shared the solution prescriptions of Saadet Party with the public.
"In the early 1990s, there was a phrase that was heard very often: 'New World Order'. Yes, what is happening in the world and in our country today is the result of the new world order. The economic exploitation system that surrounds the world... Gaps in income distribution, migrations, conflicts, terrorist organizations, proxy wars. And many events of corruption that can be counted like this one, unfortunately, surround humanity. Before one ends, another begins. No event occurs spontaneously. Therefore, the new world order that we mentioned above did not come about by itself. As a matter of fact, Roosevelt, one of the US presidents, said, 'Nothing in politics is a coincidence. If something happens, you can be sure that it was planned beforehand…', he confirms firsthand, which is the truth," he said.
“There are countless examples of hypocrisy”
Expressing a few bright words about the new world order, İriş said, "Democracy, freedoms, human rights… These are all good concepts. But the question is; what kind of democracy? Democracy for whom? What kind of freedom? Freedom for whom? What kind of human rights? Human rights for whom? When we look at what has happened, we come across double standards like a wall. Insincerity ensues. Hypocrisy ensues. There are countless examples of this hypocrisy."
“OUR COUNTRY IS ALSO AFFECTED BY THE DAMAGES”
"Our country is also affected by the destructions. The rich-poor gap is widening. The exploitation system is getting fatter. As a result, the bonds of love and brotherhood among our people are being damaged. Tolerance is diminishing. Thus, the cost is heavy. State and nation cohesion cannot be achieved at the required level. From the value of our money to commodity prices, there is no measure left. Our people cannot look to the future with confidence. The business world can't see ahead. Agriculture and animal husbandry, festivities for the houses. Now the import of sugar has started. However, our country was among the self-sufficient countries, at least in terms of food. We will produce our own needs. The important thing is to show willpower with good will. An example of our own production is the developments in UAVs and unmanned combat aerial vehicles. In this regard, the will has been put forward, obstacles have been overcome, and success has been achieved," he added.
