Saadet Party, which aims to develop policies in areas such as economic development, fight against unemployment, education and health, aims to improve the quality of life of the people and ensure that everyone can live a fair life, continues to support its citizens in this direction, city by city, district by district.
Saadet Party Antakya District Chairman Fadıl Koçak and his accompanying delegation visited the Shoemakers' Bazaar in Antakya Center.
Koçak, who listened to the troubles and problems of the tradesmen, drew attention to the infrastructure deficiencies in the market.
“THERE IS A DARK WINTER AHEAD FOR TRADESMEN”
Stating that tradesmen should be supported, Koçak said, "We came here 4 times after the earthquake. We heard the same problems every time we came. In the remaining 7 months, none of the tradesmen's problems have been resolved and on the contrary, they have increased. There are bureaucracies who get angry at tradesmen because they burn their shoes to draw attention to this place and scold them not to put on a show."
Koçak said that citizens will always voice their problems.
"After the earthquake, they removed the roof, which was intact, and took it away. If it rained today, the market would be locked. They expect worse floods than those experienced before the earthquake. Tradesmen have a dark winter ahead of them. As Saadet Party, we have always expressed the problems of both our citizens and tradesmen and we will continue to do so," he added.
