In his opening speech, Saadet Party Sinop Provincial Chairman Cavit Üçüncüoğlu said that they started the election work and that they were on the field together with all the district organizations. Üçüncüoğlu said, “We have opened our new districts, our appointments have been made. Our party's flags are rising all over Sinop. We are growing every day. We have no doubt that we will emerge victorious from the elections.”

Speaking at the council, Saadet Party General Administrative Board (GİK) member and Headquarters Sinop Provincial Manager İslam İnce said, “Our citizens are not satisfied with the economy, but generally with the course of the country, but don't worry, we are able to solve both Turkey's and Sinop's questions as the Saadet Party. We are the party most prepared for the elections. The enthusiasm of the provincial and district organizations here is extremely pleasing. We should make more effort to go around all the houses in Sinop and tell our nation what is going on. We need to raise our people’s awareness against perception operations.” Indicating that they made a visit to the tradesmen before the Council, İnce stated that the interest shown to the Saadet delegation is a theme for the upcoming elections. Journalist-writer Gökçen Göksal, who attended the provincial council, also touched upon the mission of Milli Gazete and TV5. The council came to an end after the photograph was taken.
