Saadet Party demanded a new regulation regarding the retirement system, which has become a big problem.
With the Retirement Age Victims (EYT) introduced last year, a bill was proposed to eliminate the grievances experienced by those who received SSI entries after 1999.
Taking into account the great demand in the society before the general election last year, the regulation for Early Retirement caused the suffering of those who had insurance entry after 1999.
In the system based on September 1999, those who registered with SSI the day after could not benefit from their retirement rights. This started to cause great grievances.
ARIKAN SIGNED, THE OFFER IN THE COMMISSION
Saadet Party took action to solve this problem. Between 1999 and 2008, SSI requested the introduction of a gradual retirement system for those subject to the law.
Action was taken to eliminate the grievances by submitting a bill to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly with the signature of Saadet Party Kayseri Deputy Mahmut Arıkan.
The bill titled 'Proposal on Amendments to the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law' was sent to the Planning and Budget Commission by the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
The proposal will first be discussed in the commission, and then, if it receives 'approval', it will come to the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and be voted on.
RETIREMENT WITH 9,000 DAYS AND 45 YEARS OF AGE
In the bill proposal, which has four articles, one of which is executive, the regulation regarding those who were victimized between 1999 and 2008 was requested with the following article:
“Those who are considered insured for the first time from 8/9/1999 to 30/4/2008 can benefit from old-age pension, provided that they have reached the age of 45 and have paid 9000 days of disability, old-age and death insurance premiums.”
