Karaduman said, “The young people of this country dream of living in other countries and becoming citizens of other countries. We will definitely change this dark order that exploits their hopes and energies by leaving our friends alone with their worries about the future. We will remove the requirement of loyalty to a party or a leader in recruitment, we will only rely on competence and merit. We will definitely change the unfair interview system. Today, in our country where university degrees have become almost unemployment certificates, we will build a Turkey where each of our graduates can work in their own field. We will always see our young friends as the architects of our future, not just near the elections. We will mobilize opportunities for their development and well-being.”
