The 8th Ordinary Congress of Saadet Party Gaziantep Provincial Presidency was held in a rally atmosphere the other day.

Saadet Party Group Deputy Chairman Bülent Kaya, Saadet Party Presidency Council Member Fesih Bozan, Saadet Party High Disciplinary Board Member Mehmet Karalar, Saadet Party Kilis Provincial Chairman Şerif Karakurt, Saadet Party Şanlıurfa Provincial Chairman Halil Yiğit, Anatolian Youth Association Gaziantep Branch President Özcan Fidan and many citizens attended the congress.

At the congress chaired by Fesih Bozan, Saadet Party Gaziantep Provincial Chairman Mehmet İslam renewed his confidence.

“ESPECIALLY FOOD EXPORTS WITH ISRAEL HAD TO BE STOPPED”

Addressing the participants at the congress, Saadet Party Group Deputy Chairman Bülent Kaya said, "Turkey was supposed to cancel commercial agreements and stop food exports with Israel, but it was not done. Israeli supermarkets stopped imports from Turkey for boycott purposes. We proposed to form a committee in the Parliament to detect human rights violations. But they also rejected this. Those who tried to support Palestine by holding rallies as non-governmental organizations did not take our suggestion into consideration, saying 'We are not a non-governmental organization.' However, a week later, the Human Rights Investigation Commission decided to form a delegation and go to Gaza. But they never took the necessary steps for this."

“THIRD COUNTRY WITH THE HIGHEST INCOME DISTRIBUTION INJUSTICE”

Speaking about the Turkish agenda, Kaya said, "According to the government, we were going to be among the countries pointed out... If you ask if it happened, it happened... But unfortunately, we became a country pointed out not because we were in an enviable position, but because we were in a position to be taken as an example. Because we are in the same category with countries where there is civil war and instability, such as Sudan, Zimbabwe, Suriname, Libya and Afghanistan. And not only in the economy, but in many areas. Wherever there is a map showing statistics about countries, Turkey is shown among the worst countries. Today, unfortunately, Turkey is the third country with the highest income distribution inequality according to all these indicators."

“YOU WON, BUT GAZA IS BURNING”

Making a greeting speech at the congress, Saadet Party Gaziantep Provincial Chairman Mehmet İslam said, "I will not talk about Turkey's internal problems. Right next to us, our first qibla, Masjid al-Aqsa, where our Prophet performed the prayers of all the prophets during his ascension, is burning. The Ummah is burning. A human tragedy is taking place in Palestine and Gaza. Muslim country administrators, including us, are silent and silent. Nobody hears anyone anymore. We are burning inside. We can't stand it anymore. You know, those who say that if we win, Gaza wins. You won, but Gaza is burning. There is no one to extinguish the fire. No one spilled a drop of water. Nearly 10 thousand people would be killed."
