The 7th Ordinary Congress of Saadet Party Istanbul Provincial Directorate will be held on Saturday, March 20 at the Haliç Congress Center.
President Temel Karamollaoğlu will also attend the congress, which is organized in accordance with coronavirus measures.
600 delegates will vote in the congress, where Saadet Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Ömer Faruk Yazıcı is the only candidate.

Approximately 600 delegates will attend our congress. We hope that our congress, which will also be attended by our President, Mr. Temel Karamollaoğlu, will bring good luck to 20 million Istanbulites and our country," he said.

We announced this congress with the concept of livable Turkey. We know the situation our Istanbul and our country are in. There is a fact we know that the problems of Istanbul are the problems of Turkey. Every wrong step and decision to be taken in Istanbul concerns both 20 million Istanbul residents and all our citizens," he added.

Stressing that unemployment and financial difficulties have become a big problem in Istanbul, Yazıcı, "The most important problem is that people do not feel full and make a living. Lack of production and absence of job sites are the triggers. It is imperative that an understanding that will go to the root of the problems and solve the problems and bring our people to prosperity must be in power.
