The Saadet Party issued a recipe for 31 March for those who were not appointed in the interviews, especially for the young unemployed and the examiners who were unable to find a remedy in the past 16 years.

Karaduman said that the economic situation caused an increase in the unemployment rate and added: "The number of young unemployed people is increasing day by day. One out of five young people is unemployed. Unemployment rate of university graduates is 14%."
Karaduman, who harshly criticized the education and employment policies of the government, stated that 930 thousand university graduates in our country could not find a job in any field.
Karaduman, "To give an example, a good education that four universities in Turkey engineer demands of the almost every province about 90 thousand engineers a year from the drop-down engineering faculties, and likewise the 15 graduating thousand teachers assigned.
