The Soviet Union killed Davut Khan in Afghanistan in 1988. It replaced its collaborator Nur Mohammad Taraki and invaded Afghanistan. In 1989, mujahideen groups such as Burhanaddin Rabbani, Gulbaddin Hekmatyar and Shah Masud started a freedom struggle in Afghanistan. They did not let Russia pass. The USSR collapsed. Between 1996 and 2001, the Taliban resisted the brutal Russian rule. After the Twin Towers were hit, the United States invaded Afghanistan. This is how we came to the last events.
Afghanistan is a Central Asian country! A center where control of the region can be maintained. Its neighbors are Pakistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan. Its population is 40 million. Its area is 652 thousand square kilometers. Its leading cities are Kabul, Kandahar, Herat. It is surrounded by mountains and valleys such as Hindu Kush, Himalayas and Alps. On the route of migration and spice routes. 99% of the population is Muslim. The concept of Sufism has developed. The famous Mevlana is from Afghanistan!
There are people of 20 different ethnic origins, large and small, such as Pashtun, Uzbek, Tajik, Hazara, Baluji, and Turkmen. The structure led to the prominence of ethnic origin. Leaders and groups such as Burhanaddin Rabbani, Gulbeddin Hekmetyar and the Taliban treat people on the axis of truth and falsehood; they see the tribes as a "means of agreement". It is most appropriate for the structure that Afghanistan, under the leadership of the Taliban, maintains this understanding.
The rugged geographical structure of the country and the imperialist occupations made the people "warriors". Impenetrable mountains and valleys made it difficult for the colonists. This is why Russia and the USA are defeated in the face of the Afghan resistance!
AMERICA DEFEATED IN AFGHANISTAN
Using the shooting of the Twin Towers as an excuse, the USA invaded Afghanistan in 2001. Afghanistan's biggest resistance force was the Taliban. It showed an insistent, determined and unyielding stance. With the effect of its geographical structure with impassable mountains, it resisted relentlessly against the US and NATO forces. It defended the independence of its country against the invaders.
The United States and NATO spent $2.2 trillion in 20 years. During this time, 168 thousand Afghan resistance fighters were martyred; 2,500 invaders, 72 journalists, 1,500 civilians died. Seeing that this geographical structure would not yield results, the USA and NATO decided to withdraw from Afghanistan in May 2021. The US predicted that the Taliban could take over Afghanistan in 6 months. The US and NATO wanted Turkish soldiers to defend the Kabul Airport on their behalf.
The Taliban began their attacks in early August 2021, after the US began to withdraw. There was no serious obstacle in front of him. It captured cities. He entered Kabul on the morning of August 15 and took over the administration. On the same day, President Ashraf Ghani fled the country. US executives and bureaucrats left Afghanistan in a plane with 640 people.
During the withdrawal process, there was a big explosion at Kabul Airport on August 26. 97 Afghans and 13 invaders lost their lives. The explosions are a sign that the United States will not withdraw from Afghanistan. One day before the explosion, the USA, England and Australia warned their citizens about the explosion. The fact that ISIS claimed responsibility for the explosion also reveals the role of the USA in this incident.
TALIBAN IN GRIP
The colonial powers are in a hurry to give advice to the Taliban in order to play a role in Afghanistan. In this regard, China, Russia and the USA are at the forefront. The Taliban is now aware that it is a "state"! Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar said: "We should not be arrogant in Kabul. We have very important duties in terms of providing security and service to the people of our country and improving their living conditions."
Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said, “We have brought the Afghanistan issue to the international community; We will solve it with the USA, China and Russia” (19.08.2021). What would be the point of Afghanistan's 42-year freedom struggle if the colonial powers will solve the problem again? Turkey should be able to demonstrate its will.
Westerners are trying to squeeze Afghanistan through women. Well, where were these sane people for 20 years when 168 thousand people died in Afghanistan? The CIA ordered "make up stories of persecution for the Taliban". The intention of the USA is clear!
Saadet Party offers the most accurate solution for Afghanistan. High Advisory Board head Oğuzhan Asiltürk suggested that they benefit from "Half a century of experience of National Vision(Milli Görüş)". General Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu reminded that the West wanted to recruit qualified personnel from Afghanistan to help refugees: “Afghan officers were trained in Turkey in the 1950s.
