Addressing the district mayors in Izmir, AGD President Salih Turhan underlined the need to increase their impact in all areas and said, "It is not an excuse to say that I am alone. When we do our neighborhood work, then we can reach the city's saint, bandit. We cannot make everyone a national negotiator, but we are obliged to go to every door. We will not forget that."

Speaking at the meeting, which was dominated by excitement and enthusiasm, AGD and National Youth Foundation (MGV) Chairman Salih Turhan, gave important recommendations and warnings to the heads of the district.
Turhan began his speech by making reminders to the mayors of the districts. No county president should feel lonely. If we were 1 person, 10 people, 100 people, we would do the same job. We will meet people, we will endeavor to endear ourselves and our cause. We will assign those who are ready. It's not an excuse to say I'm alone. Being alone will allow us to meet more people, he said.

"Cells tissues in the human body, tissues organs, organs systems, systems in the people that form organisms. The structures we call cells are neighborhood organizations. If our neighborhood organizations are strong, our districts will be strong. If our districts are strong, our branches will be strong. If our branches are strong, our regions will be strong. If our regions are strong, our headquarters will be strong. Sure, the cell has a nucleus. There genetic information is carried. This is our core neighborhood representative. Our current presidents must make neighborhood appointments. Once our neighborhood representatives are completed, our presence and influence in the city will be even more noticeable.
