According to some economic data published in recent months, the economy is balanced, but the number of unemployed does not decrease, it is increasing!
According to last year the number of unemployed in Turkey increased by 817 thousand people in September, leaving 4 million 566 thousand people, the unemployment rate was 13.8 percent. The number of employed persons decreased by 623 thousand persons in September 2019 compared to the same period of the previous year to 28 million 440 thousand persons and the employment rate decreased by 1.7 points to 46.1 percent.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, by reminding "The mouth cannot sweeten with saying honey", said the following:
"In economy, saying that 'everything is good', 'beautiful', 'nice' not spinning the wheels, not boiling the kettle. For this, concrete developments, tangible, visible action is needed. When we look at the recent data, we can see these concrete developments," he said.
