Şerafettin Kılıç, Deputy Chairman of the Saadet Party, made important statements regarding the agenda at a press conference organized by his party in İzmir Provincial Directorate. Şerafettin Kılıç, stating that the victims could not be eliminated with the help and measures taken, said: “Which bill to pay with which money is one of the biggest problems of the citizens. Stating that the economic measures taken by his government are insufficient, Şerafettin Kılıç said, “It should take more radical measures to survive the epidemic process with minimal damage. In order to prevent the economic collapse that started with this process, a determined stance should be shown in the short-term supports to the economy within a strategy and program. The government should see the mistakes in the economic policy it has implemented up to now, and thereafter initiate domestic production moves in all areas. At first, steps should be taken to end the dependency on foreign foods. Planned and widespread production mobilization should be implemented immediately.”
