Reminding that the Pakistani government is responsible for defending the Kashmiris, Sirajul Hak said, “If Pakistan is the body, Kashmir is the soul of that body. We cannot step back from the Kashmir case. We can die for Kashmir.”
Pakistani Jamaat-e-Islami Party Leader Sirajul Haq drew attention to the atrocities in the Islamic homeland of Jammu Kashmir under the occupation of India. Making statements on the occasion of the approach of Kashmir Solidarity Day, which is perceived as a special day on February 5 every year in Pakistan, Sirajul Hak reminded that the Kashmir struggle is a national struggle for the Pakistani people. Saying that the Pakistani government should make more efforts for the liberation of Kashmir, Sirajul Hak also expressed his sorrow for the Pakistani Muslims who were martyred in the terrorist attack on the mosque in Peshawar.
“WE CAN DIE FOR KASHMIR”
Commenting on the Kashmir issue, Sirajul Hak said, “It is the responsibility of the Pakistani government to defend the Kashmiris. Independence of occupied Kashmir must be achieved. If Pakistan is the body, Kashmir is the soul. We cannot step back from the Kashmir case. We can die for Kashmir. We have made it clear to the government many times that if Kashmir's freedom war is not fought in Srinagar, India will carry this war to Muzaffarabad. The youth, mothers and sisters of the occupied Kashmir Valley are making sacrifices for this struggle. On February 5, Kashmir Solidarity Day, I invite the entire nation of Pakistan to make a new commitment. Let's live this day together with enthusiasm, everyone leave their homes and send the message that Kashmir is ours to the Indian Prime Minister 'Butcher of Gujarat Modi'. The sun of freedom of occupied Kashmir will rise with the blood of our martyrs in any case.”
“PESHAVER ATTACK IS AN OPEN TERROR AND GREAT OPPRESSION”
One hundred Pakistani Muslims were martyred in a terrorist attack on a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan, on Monday. Speaking on the treacherous attack Jamaat-e-Islami Party of Pakistan leader, Sirajul Hak, said: “The explosion at the Peshawar mosque has been recorded as one of the saddest events in our country's history. No one with human dignity could commit such a treacherous act, it was a great cruelty. No matter how much it was condemned, it was too bitter an attack to quell our anger. This is clearly terrorism and a great atrocity against our nation. I send our prayers to our martyrs, condolences to the relatives and families of the martyrs, and wish a quick recovery to the injured.”
