The ‘Basic Policies Commission’ formed by the Nation’s Alliance deals with nearly 100 sub-titles under 9 titles. The commission began writing the presidential candidate's program and, if they won the election, the first 100-day and one-year programs.
Republican People’s Party (CHP), Good (IYI) Party, Saadet Party, Democrat Party, Future (Gelecek) Party and Democracy and Progress (Deva) Party, which carry out the Strengthened Parliamentary System Discussions, continue their work. After the last Six-Table meeting held at the CHP, the team of six, to which the leaders gave instructions to work, started to work on nearly 100 sub-titles under 9 titles. Faik Öztrak from the CHP, Ümit Özlale from the Good Party, Sabri Tekir from the Saadet Party, Bülent Şahinalp from the Democrat Party, Feridun Bilgin from the Future Party and İbrahim Çanakçı from the Deva Party participated in the meetings to work on common policies. It is stated that in the commission called the Six-Table Basic Policies Commission, nearly 100 sub-titles under 9 titles were discussed one by one.
THE ROADMAP OF THE JOINT PRESIDENT CANDIDATE IS BEING PREPARED
The topics covered in the Basic Policies Commission are ‘law, justice and judiciary, public administration, transparency, audit and anti-corruption, economy, finance and employment, sectoral and regional issues, science and technology, education and training, social policies, foreign policy, security and defence’. The determined issues are expected to be the road map that the joint presidential candidate will follow. In addition, the 100-day and 1-year programs of the government to be established by the Six Tables will also be discussed in the Basic Policies Commission.
